Fringford Playgroup is run by six staff who work with the children during sessions and an additional staff member who works with the children at lunchtime.
Our Supervisor has an Early Years Foundation degree, two of our staff members have Level 3 qualifications in Pre-School Practice and another member is qualified to Level 2. We are proud that we have one member of staff currently working towards their CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Pre-School Practice and another is currently working towards their Early Years Foundation degree.
All of our staff attend on-going training provided by the Local Education Authority including:
- Observation, Planning and Assessment
- Early Years Foundation Stage
- Safeguarding Children (Child Protection)
- Equality and Diversity
- Advanced Paediatric First Aid
We receive support from the LEA.
